I don't come from one industry. I come from all of them. Education, Healthcare BPO, Advertising NGOs, Creative Recruitment Agencies, Innovation Consultancies, Enterprise SaaS, and now building a startup. When your entire childhood is change, disruption stops being something that happens to you. What I've carried through every shift is one obsession: building environments where people and organizations genuinely thrive together.













Born here in 1984. My father's first posting with the Inter-American Development Bank. I left before I could remember it. Peru is something I carry as identity rather than memory.

What I'm building now
After fifteen years inside organizations, I kept seeing the same thing: the people doing the work knew exactly what was broken, but that knowledge never reached the people who could fix it. So I built something about it.
Senseeing is a feedback platform that gives employees a safe, anonymous way to say what they actually think, and gives leaders the patterns they need to act on it. Not another survey tool. Something closer to what a great manager does naturally, at scale.
I started in the classroom, first grade in Nicaragua, adults on weekends. Then HR and training, then recruiting and business development, then client experience, then managing a global network of innovation coaches, then enterprise training delivery at scale. Now building the platform I wish had existed in every one of those roles.

Managed 15 Technical Trainers across EMEA delivering ILT/VILT programs with a yearly $10M backlog. While every metric looked great, something felt wrong. A deep discovery process revealed 20 to 30% enrollment drops hidden behind perfect satisfaction scores. A systemic problem that required rethinking how we measured success.

Continued managing key enterprise accounts for Strategyzer, Nestlé/Nespresso, Honeywell, and Rolex, through a company restructuring. At the same time, I used the five months deliberately: going deep on AI tools, learning hands-on, and beginning to build Senseeing. Parallel work: keeping the lights on for clients while quietly starting something new.

Built the customer success function for an innovation consulting firm working with Fortune 500 companies. Managed C-level relationships with Bayer, Rolls Royce, Nestlé, Roche, and Thales across EMEA and APAC. Designed and executed dozens of innovation workshops (200 to 800 participants). EDF Paris: 800 people, 72 innovation teams, 470 executives. Bayer Catalyst Fund: 400 proposals → 74 funded → 29 advanced → 5 launched with €1B projected revenue. Also built Strategyzer's OKR reporting framework from scratch.
