EXPERIENCE
Closing the distancebetween what leadership assumesand what teams experience.
Since October 2025, I've taken a deliberate pause from full-time work to sharpen my AI skills, hands-on.
During this time I've been automating a lean startup prioritization process I developed with my team at ServiceNow. Its purpose was to dramatically shorten the time it took me to understand a new team in a new industry, so I could have a positive impact as a manager sooner. It helped our leadership cut through the noise and align strategy with what the team was actually seeing on the ground, delivering more value to customers while driving engagement. It spread across several departments, but the biggest barrier to scaling was a familiar one: time. Time to interview, teach the methodology, run check-ins, retros, affinity mapping, and analysis. So I'm productizing it as Senseeing.com, a tool that lets leaders make faster, more accurate decisions guided by their team's intelligence rather than assumptions. Using modern design thinking and privacy filters, it surfaces what surveys and meetings always miss: the blockers, opportunities, and value-generating ideas teams already see on the front lines.
It's been a meaningful passion project, and a way to genuinely learn AI by building with it. My goal is to help managers lead effectively while their teams feel genuinely engaged, and to promote human-led decisions co-authored by the teams themselves, using AI to amplify the intelligence already in our teams, not to decide based on what an AI assumes they want to hear.
senseeing.comIn two days, Luis helped us approach our business development challenges from diverse angles using a combination of different methodologies. The workshop was just brilliant, a real game-changer. An opportunity to work with Luis is highly productive and always inspiring.
Independent Consultant
Briefly returned to Strategyzer AG to support the team during a maternity-leave absence. I managed enterprise client relationships for Nestlé/Nespresso, Honeywell, and Rolex, plus coach coordination across EMEA and APAC, for five months until the new team was in place.

Training Delivery Manager
Managed a team of 15 Technical Trainers across EMEA at ServiceNow for almost six years. I started by running a lean prioritization process to understand the team's reality fast. That diagnostic became a global rollout across the training organization, giving leadership a clearer view of what to prioritize. Within six months I was assembling a team of volunteer managers to run the same process across other departments, so leadership could quickly map their team ecosystems. The same lens applied to class engagement led to rethinking how we measured KPIs, developing a trainer skills matrix, and surfacing patterns the satisfaction scores were missing.
I had the absolute pleasure of working with Luis for 3.5 years at ServiceNow. I can say without hesitation he is the most exceptional leader I have ever had the privilege of working with. His leadership skills and approach to people management are truly unparalleled, a gold standard for integrity, empathy, and vision.
For around 6 years, I had the pleasure of working with Luis. He consistently demonstrated professionalism, strong communication skills, and a genuine commitment to teamwork. Luis is dependable, thoughtful, and brings a great deal of warmth and insight to any team he's part of.
“Luis managed our EMEA Training Team of 10 to 15 trainers across performance, scheduling, vendor relations, and long-term innovation projects. In all capacities he was a model employee, got excellent performance reviews, and would be an asset to any organization.”
Douglas MilliganSenior Director, Global Training Delivery, ServiceNowLead Customer Experience Manager
Built the customer success function for an innovation consulting firm working with Fortune 500 companies. Managed C-level relationships with Bayer, Rolls Royce, Nestlé, Roche, and Thales across EMEA and APAC. Designed and executed dozens of innovation workshops (200 to 800 participants). EDF Paris: 800 people, 72 innovation teams, 470 executives. Bayer Catalyst Fund: 400 proposals → 74 funded → 29 advanced → 5 launched with a gross fund potential of €1B as projected by Bayer. Also built Strategyzer's OKR reporting framework from scratch.

One of his most significant achievements was leading our 3-year innovation partnership with Bayer AG, where he managed the executive stakeholder relationships, complex project management, and strategic onboarding processes. [...] Several of those relationships remain active today because Luis invested in trust well beyond individual project cycles. [...] If you need someone to scale complex products or teams while building partnerships that last, I wholeheartedly recommend Luis.

Luis is a rare breed. He is the kind of person you can count on, a professional at everything he does and a friend that makes you feel he has your back. His proactive nature and sheer joy and passion in whatever he undertakes makes it fun for everyone who works with him.

External Community Relations Manager
Built membership renewal and growth programs for a global creative industry organization. Increased renewals 24% through direct outreach to CMOs and Chief Creative Directors. Set up the organization's first dedicated CRM system to manage community engagement at scale.
It was an absolute pleasure to work with Luis. His professionalism, commitment, and genuine care for people made every interaction remarkable.
Client Services Manager
Drove business development for a creative staffing agency (HQ: Toronto), expanding it into new markets, US, EMEA, and APAC, by building direct relationships with the world's best agencies. Secured partnerships with Ogilvy, WPP, and HUGE, placing accounts and creative talent: top-tier digital freelancers, motion designers, senior designers, and copywriters. Managed full recruitment lifecycle.
Luis was a valuable addition without reservation. His drive to succeed and genuine care for relationships set him apart.
Luis always delivers, on time and on budget. He managed to build up a consistently excellent culture by finding and hiring the right people. His contagious enthusiasm for his work is what I miss most about Luis.
Luis always provided key insights on crucial people management issues and strategic guidance. We partnered on compensation evaluation projects and interviewed talent together. His strength in people management makes him a great asset. You want him on your team.
“Luis built training documentation for all our existing programs from scratch and delivered much of it himself. A natural in front of the classroom, and skilled at coaching new trainers. His combination of HR, communication, and project leadership skills was central to our ability to grow the business.”
