Estoy tomando una pausa deliberada del trabajo a tiempo completo para profundizar en IA.
En ServiceNow, dirigí un proceso de priorización ágil que ayudó al liderazgo a cortar el ruido y alinearse con sus equipos sobre lo que realmente importaba. Ahora estoy productizando ese método como Senseeing: una herramienta que da a los líderes la visión de patrones que sus equipos ya tienen.
El objetivo es traer el método, y la fluidez en IA, de vuelta a un rol senior de CX.

Gestioné un equipo de 15 Formadores Técnicos en EMEA en ServiceNow durante casi seis años. Empecé con un proceso de priorización ágil para entender la realidad del equipo rápidamente. Ese diagnóstico se convirtió en un despliegue global en toda la organización de formación, dándole al liderazgo una visión más clara de qué priorizar. En los primeros seis meses ya estaba armando un equipo de managers voluntarios para correr el mismo proceso en otros departamentos, para que el liderazgo pudiera mapear sus ecosistemas de equipo rápidamente. Aplicar el mismo enfoque a la participación en las clases llevó a repensar cómo medíamos los KPIs, desarrollar una matriz de competencias de formadores, y sacar a la luz patrones que los puntajes de satisfacción no estaban mostrando.
